Customer's reviews
I just got off the phone with Patrick, I can honestly say that at the end of the hour conversation I was left feeling extremely thankful for the honesty, information and guidance! It was an awesome experience and it is rare that you find someone who knows early on in the conversation that you are better off going another direction with your project and then still spending an hour with you to walk you through how to do this so you don't get screwed! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, knowing and learning everything about my home even though he wasn't here in person. Thank you Patrick for helping my wife and I through our learning curve!

Although we were not able to use Marwood Construction for our project due to the type and location of the job, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Patrick at Marwood who spent 45 minutes on the phone with me sharing a wealth of knowledge about the process of hiring a reputable and honest contractor to build my addition. Informing me of best practices and what laws are in place to protect the consumer who is needing construction services. I now feel prepared to do my due diligence for my project. I feel this is a testament to the character of Patrick and Marwood Construction. Clearly very trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. My experience has taught me this is hard to come by. Thank you Patrick.

I got a call from this company, after he asked me about the details, he knew my job is too small for them, but Petric, the owner didn’t simply hang up on me but advised me what I should do for my best interest, and explained to me about it. Now I am very clear about what I need to do and how to do it step by step, he is a really patient gentle considerate guy, and I hope his business get well known by his good attitude and service. They are in service for 30 years. I am sure this company is trustworthy and will deliver a professional job to their clients. Thank you so much for the advice, Petric.
