I got a call from this company, after he asked me about the details, he knew my job is too small for them, but Petric, the owner didn’t simply hang up on me but advised me what I should do for my best interest, and explained to me about it. Now I am very clear about what I need to do and how to do it step by step, he is a really patient gentle considerate guy, and I hope his business get well known by his good attitude and service. I just got off the phone with Patrick, I can honestly say that at the end of the hour conversation I was left feeling extremely thankful for the honesty, information and guidance! It was an awesome experience and it is rare that you find someone who knows early on in the conversation that you are better off going another direction with your project and then still spending an hour with you to walk you through how to do this so you don't get screwed! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, knowing and learning everything about my home even though he wasn't here in person. Patrick was absolutely fantastic! I was out of state when my relative's home was damaged storm. I contacted Marwood Construction on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, and he took the time to call me back personally to see how Marwood could help. Then he drove all the way over to the property and showed me everything on video, so he could make sure the property was safe before the holiday. Bonus! Marwood provided the best bid for the repairs! How can Marwood Construction help to save money on home renovation projects?
Marwood Construction offers design build contracting which is providing design and construction for home renovation. During the design phase of our process we develop a construction budget. During this period we conduct a value engineering assessment to evaluate cost effective opportunity. This traditionally will lead to savings opportunities.
Do you provide written contracts? 
Marwood Construction always provides an insurance certificate, proposal with a detailed scope of work and a relevant contract document for each project. How does Marwood Construction choose good materials for construction work?
Marwood Construction only provides and uses sustainable and quality materials for all our construction projects. There is no financial incentive or benefit in using inferior material or products. We are responcible to warrant both our skilled labor and the materials used. So if we have a warranty claim caused by material failure, we would be required to pay for both the labor and materials to fix the claim.
Is Marwood Construction charging the full cost of a renovation before work begins?
As part of the contract documents Marwood Construction structures progress payments through the completion of construction milestones. These are commonly called the Draw Schedule. Progress payments are made as a stage of construction is completed.
